Bennet Marburger was invited to speak and join the panel discussion at the International Symposium for the Development and Utilization of Local Heritage at Dong-A University in Busan, Korea. In his speech Mr. Marburger presented 2408’s research results on urban renewal strategies in post-war Berlin. His presentation stretched from the radical urban restructuring following World War II up to the gentle urban renewal process introduced in the 1970’s and 1980”s on both sides of the Berlin Wall.
